Oppo Reno6 series releasing across the Middle East

Oppo Reno6 Pro and Reno6 series launching in the Middle East

It’s that time of the year, where new smartphone updates are announced and released to the market. Oppo is leading the charge with the new Reno6 series. Not resting on the laurels of their previous model, Oppo is forging ahead on what made the Reno series a worthy contender.

Any model you pick up in the Reno6 series will keep it future-proof for connectivity. Time to dive into each one’s differences.

Higher end with the Reno6 Pro 5G

Oppo has spared no expense in upping the ante with the Reno6 Pro 5G.

Both photography and videography see significant leaps in camera feature set.

Probably the biggest mention is that the main lens is powered by a Sony IMX766 sensor, capturing every detail. Behind every camera, there has to be the brains to bring all together. That’s done with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC, which also helps to provide 5G connectivity support.

RAM Expansion mode lets you use some of your storage to supplement the 12GB RAM to help avoid any slowdowns.

Did I mention that you can charge the phone up in less than 35min? That’s made possible with SuperVOOC 2.0.

Reno series to the masses with Reno6 5G and Reno6 Z 5G

Those who want a balanced smartphone but still packing power, the Reno6 5G and Reno6 Z 5G will be an ideal match. Both are powered by a MediaTek Dimensity SoC, which still deliver blistering performance for the respective pricepoint.

While they’re not going to be as powerful as the Pro model, they’re still comparable and make for worthy additions to the lineup. Some of the video features from the Pro model trickling down include:

Camera specs vary between the models, but most features are still supported when it comes to photos and videos.

If you’re the kind that wants faces to look great when recording video, Portrait Beautifacation Video on the Reno6 5G and Reno6 Z 5G does the work for you.
