Get into fitness with Nike Training Club on Netflix

If you’ve got an active Netflix subscription but haven’t had the motivation to hit the gym, Nike has recently launched an initiative that offers the Nike Training Club content to users.

You’ve seen that Apple Fitness+ gives you access to specialized training and let’s you track it with your Apple Watch. However, it’s also not widely available worldwide (only two markets in the MENA region can sign up for it). This new announcement should definitely inspire you to get into shape.

Watch, Exercise, Repeat

The video content is pooled together as part of the Nike collection on Netflix, looking to expand access to sport and fitness to many users. There is minimal to no equipment required to avail this benefit.

The content will span a wide variety of workout types, lengths and intensities. Each program will include multiple episodes, with few routines already live. More fitness programming will be added throughout the year. All the content will feature Nike’s world-class trainers. You can watch any with 10 language options; unfortunately, I haven’t spotted Arabic as part of it.

There’s no additional cost since it’s content feeding into your active Netflix subscription. Regardless of device, users can already just search for “Nike” and start watching them. Just make sure you’ve updated the app on your smartphone/tablets.

Wherever you are residing in the Middle East region and Netflix is available, give this a try with family and friends.
