Competition is heating up as subscription offerings for different AI services are being rolled out. Most are upselling a high tier, but proves to be cost-prohibitive. They have started offering a lower starting tier with sufficient volume of features. OpenAI recently brought ChatGPT Go to the region as part of their global expansion. Google has made their move with Google AI Plus across more markets worldwide, including the MENA region.

By lowering the barrier in driving adoption, the purpose is encourage people to embracing the AI suite of tools. You can use the following in the Gemini app on mobile or via desktop web:

• Access to the Gemini 3 Pro and Nano Banana Pro models
• Higher limits to the image generation and editing model in the Gemini app
• More access to Google’s video generation model, Veo 3 Fast, directly in the Gemini app
• Access Flow – generative video tool for filmmaking – with 200 monthly AI credits.
• Remix ideas and create images with Whisk, and ability to create short videos with Whisk Animate (monthly limit on video generation)
• Gemini built into Gmail, Docs, Sheets and more
• Higher limits in NotebookLM features and supporting up to 100 sources per notebook, along with early access to tentpole features.
• 200 GB of storage across Photos, Drive and Gmail
